Client Collaboration

Keep clients in the loop — without handing over the keys.

Client feedback scattered across email, texts and calls is how decisions get lost. Knimblo gives you shareable client-facing pages, real recorded decisions, and public event pages with RSVPs — all controlled from your workspace.

How client collaboration works in Knimblo

You decide what clients see. They comment, react and approve in one place. The decisions stay on record.

Client pages are links you create, control and can turn off — not accounts inside your workspace.

Client-facing share links

Share a client view of the work with a private link. What's visible is chosen field by field — clients see the story, not your internals.

You stay in control

Shares can be updated or disabled at any time, and a new version gets a fresh link — an old link doesn't leak the new plan.

Team stays separate

Team collaboration and client sharing are different doors: collaborators work inside the event, clients see the pages you publish.

Feedback and real decisions

Reactions and comments are useful; recorded decisions are what keep projects moving.

Comments and reactions

Clients respond directly on shared design boards and pages, so feedback lands next to the work it's about.

Direction options, decided

Present design directions as options and capture the approved choice — 'which one did we pick?' always has an answer.

Decisions that stick

Approvals are recorded with the work, so the agreed direction survives every later conversation.

Public when you're ready

Some events need an audience. Publish exactly what you choose, when you choose.

Public event pages

Publish a public page for an event — details you select, presented cleanly, at a link you can share anywhere.

RSVPs and guest lists

Collect RSVPs on the public page and track attendance in one guest list alongside your planning numbers.

Live where it should be

Public pages reflect the event's live details you've chosen to show — update the event once and the page follows.

Client collaboration FAQ

Do clients need a Knimblo account?

No. Clients use the share links you send them — commenting, reacting and approving happens right on the shared page.

Can I control what a client sees?

Yes. Shared pages expose only the fields you choose, and you can update or disable a share at any time.

What's the difference between client sharing and team collaboration?

Collaborators are invited into the event workspace to work; clients see curated pages you publish. The two never mix.

Can I run RSVPs through Knimblo?

Yes — publish a public event page with RSVP collection, and attendance rolls into the same guest list your planning uses.
