Yes. Knimblo is a full inventory management and tracking tool. Organize supplies and finished products, track quantities and stock levels, assign everything a location, and always know what you have on hand and what needs restocking.
Can I organize products and projects?
Yes. Knimblo helps you build a product catalog, track product inventory, and link products to the supplies they're made from — while project planning connects ideas, tasks, supplies, dates, and progress so work moves from idea to finished product.
Can Knimblo help manage events?
Yes. Knimblo includes an Events workspace for planning, checklists, supplies, teams, budgets, event schedules, operations, photos, notes, reports, and client access.

Yes. Event planners can share a client portal with selected event information without giving clients access to the full Knimblo workspace.

Yes. Knimblo works across mobile, tablet, and desktop, so you can check inventory, update projects, or run an event schedule from wherever you're working.

Yes. Talk to Knimblo lets you speak naturally to capture ideas, add inventory, create products, update schedules, and set reminders. Knimblo turns what you say into structured, organized work inside the platform. Knimblo AI is built into your workflow. During beta, AI-powered assistance is included while we calibrate usage across real Knimblo workflows. Future plans may include monthly AI allowances, with the option to add more AI capacity as needed.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Nothing is deleted, and you are never locked out. Your workspace switches to Read-Only Workspace Mode, where everything you've created stays fully available — you can keep browsing, searching, exporting, printing, downloading, and deleting your information. Only creating and editing pause until you upgrade, and the moment you do, you pick up exactly where you left off. Your work is always yours.
